A Registering- Case. —The Registrar at New Plymouth refused to enrol a woman because she had been away three weeks. The matter was reported to the Government and the Attorney-General Isolds that the registrar is wrong, and that if residence is established in the district for three months that is sufficient, even though the clidnanfc has not lived there continuously.
