TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —Mr Rhodes has sent from Wellington to his friends iu Temuka a circular letter accompanied by several forms of claims for enrolment on the electoral for Pareora. Mr Rhodes requested his friends—some of whom are friends of his no more—to register the names of any woman who was known to be favorable to him. This is good. This, of course, will win all the ladies to his side at once. I notice that in Dunedin women have declared their iuteutiou oi voting against
every member of Parliament who voted agaisnt the Female Franchise as they say that it would be the same as voting for their natural enemies.—l am, etc., An Elector.
