London, August 27. Tallow is unaltered. The English wheat market is weak, and declining, the Continental is depressed, and the American weak and declining. A shipment of hay, per Britannia, realised £G 10s per ton. Trustees have been appointed in the estate of Montefiore Josephs, and Company, of Sydney, and an early payment is expected. August 28. It is officially reported that the Austrian; wheat crop is estimated at 14,000,000 metrecentners (1251 b); the Hungarian at 40,000,000 ; the Indian at 2,500,000 tons ; and the North American at 48,000,000 quarters. Great Britain will require to import 24,000,000 quarters. Paris, August 27. The French wheat crop is estimated at 97,000,000 hectolitres. August 28. France will require to import 5,000,000 quarters of wheat. Washington, August 29. The Secretary of the Treasury has ordered the mints in Philadelphia and San Francisco to coin gold at their fullest capacity.
