DUKE OF YORK’S WEDDING.

London, July 6. London is gaily decorated with bunting in honor of the marriage of the Duke of York and Princess May, which takes to-day. Two 'housand attended the garden party given by the Prince of Wales. There was a great State banquet in Buckingham Palace. At 1 o’clock the guests assembled at Buckingham Palace, and a quadruple procession marched through Piccadily and St. James’s Park to the Chapel. Among those present were Her Majesty the Queen, the Prince and Princess of Wales and family, the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh and family, Prince and Princess Christian, the Czarqwitch, Prince Waldemar of Denmark, Prince Henry of Prussia, Prince Albert of Belgium, Prince Phillip of Saxe-Coburg and the Duke of Hesse. Princess May, who was attended by ten Princesses as bridesmaids, wore silver and white brocade, with the shamrock, rose, and thistle. The Archbishop of Canterbury performed the marriage ceremony. The procession returned by way of Trafalgar Square, the Strand, and Liverpool street to the railway station, where the bridal party took the train for Sandringham. The city route was garlanded with red and white roses, and lined by troops. Traffic was stopped for five hours. The Royal escort included the Australian troops, who have been competing at the recent tournaments! The decorations of th§ gitv very artistic and QlfthOTate, Triumphial arches were in all directions. The street# were thronged with spectators, and fabulous prices were charged for seats in buildings in the streets through which the procession passed. No less than twenty van-loads of wedding presents have been received by the Royal couple.
