CHRISTCHURCH CORN EXCHANGE. The following is the Corn Exchange report (per G. S. Hickman Secretary), for the week ending June 30th : The week'B grain transactions have been small, but prices are still maintained. The English wheat markets are unsettled and weak, but locally buyers are giving late quotations for any prime lines suitable for milling. The market for oats is bare, and those having orders to execute have to give full rates. Clover seed has plenty of buyers, and prices are sure to harden as the sowing season advances. The local market for potatoes keeps anticipating the advances from outside purchasers, but as the quantity likely to be available appears limited, we do not anticipate any downward movement. The current quotations for the week are as follows : Wheat—Tuscan 2s lid, pearl 2s lid, Hunters' 2s 9d, chickwheat (whole) 2a 3d to 2s sd, (broken) 2s to 2s 2d.
