BANK FAILURES.

Orders for compulsory winding up have been granted against the Commercial Banking Company of Sydney, the Standard Bank, National Bank of Australasia, and the Australian Joint Stock Bank of the City of Melbourne. The Official Receiver will, however, take no steps without the sanction of the Court. Washington, June 7, There is much financial uneasiness in the United States.
