London, May 24. It is reported that the Queen rejected the list of Birthday honours pr posed by Mr Gladstone. At the head of the list was the name of Earl Spenser, whom it was suggested should be created a Marquis. Lord Salisbury has arrived at Belfast, where he is to address a public meeting on the political situtafon, The Marquis q£ Salisbury received an immense ovation on his arrival in Belfast. Lord Salisbury received a gi-eat ovation at the public meeting, which he addressed in the Ulster Hall, Belfast. There was an immense audience.
