The following are the scores made in the recent firing for Captain Pearpoiut’s cup, by members of the Geraldine Rifles :
Colonel Fox, Commandant of the New Zealand Forces, will inspect the Geraldine Rifles on Tuesday evening next, at 7.30 p.m. The company will parade at 7.15 o’clock sharp, and any volunteer absent, except under a medical certificate, will be fined under paragraph 62 of the Defence Act. If the absentee is an officer the fine is £5, if a volunteer £l.
