In the Criminal Court this afternoon the Crown Prosecutor announced that he had been instructed by tho AttorneyGeneral to say that there would be no prosecution in regard to Mr Milledge and Sir M. Davies. The Premier has written to Mr Isaacs, rebuking him for the position which he has taken up over the Mercantile Bank eases, and accuses him of too much eagerness to promote his political welfare. Boplying to a question submitted by Mr Isaacs, three Crown prosecutors have expressed the opinion that there is a primu facie case for a Jury to consider.
