SPECIAL ORDER CONSTITUTING THE FOUR PEAKS WATER SUPPLY DISTRICT, AS FROM THlii 24th DAY OF APRIL, 1893. AT A SPECIAL MEETING of the Geraldine County Council, held on Monday, the 24th day of April, 1893, a resolution (passed on the 13th day of April) was adopted—" That the Petition of Ratepayers, praying that the district defined in the Special Order (copies of such definition being open for inspection at the Office of the Geraldine Road Board, Geraldine, and at the Office of the Geraldine Council, Church Street, Timaru,) be declared a Water Supply District in the terras of ' The Water Supply Act, 1891,' under the name of 'The Four Peaks Water Supply District,' as from the 24th day of April, 1893,' and will be confirmed at a meeting of the County Council, to be held on THURSDAY, Bth day of June, 1893.
