GERALDINE ROAD BOARD ELECTION.
This election came off yesterday, when, although the elements were greatly against a large poll, the interest displayed in it was not altogother apathetic. Polls were taken at Geraldine, Woodbury, and Hilton, and the result was as below. The respective voting at each of the polling booths was as follows :
Geraldine. Flatman 143 Deßenzy 87 Hammond 64 Woodbury.
Flatman 49 Deßenzy 25 Hammond ... 21 Hilton has yet to come in, but this is not likely to alter the above result.
