London, April 27. There is now a full supply of free labor at Hull.
An attempt to set fire to the wood yards at midnight failed. The European firms using the port are considering the advisability of carrying their own stevedores and dockers. The dockers intend to take a ballot on the question of continuing the strike. Mr Bon Tillet asseits that the men are unwavering in their determination not to give way. April 20. The finances of the Hull strikers are iu a desperate condition. The work of loading and discharging vessels in Hull proceeds rapidly. Isolated attacks on free men are reported.
The appendix to the report of the Royal Commission on Labor deals largely with the labor questions iu the colonies.
