March 28 Omapere, s.s., 352 tons, Robertson, for the south. March 29—Morayshire, s.s., 3822 tons, Millar, 'for London, via way ports. IMPORTS. In the Omapere, N.M. and A. Co., agents ; 300 tons Westport coal, 20 tons stores. Among the consignees were Dunlop, C.P.A., Priest & Holdgate, Pye, Anderson, Ballantyne & Co., Brown, T. & J. Thomson, Blyth, Philp. EXPORTS. In the Brunner, N.M. and A. Co., agents: 28 tons flour, 135 sacks pollard and bran, 158 sacks wheat, 260 sacks oats, 125 bales straw, 2 cases cheese. Among the shippers were Temuka and Timaru mills, C.F.A.,(Brown, Temuka factory. Sydney, March 27. Arrived—Monowai from San Francisco and Auckland. March 28. Arrived —Hauroto, from Wellington. Melbourne, March 27. Sailed on Saturday Talune for the Bluff. March 28. The Union Company’s Rotomahana made the fastest trip on record from Sydney, the time from wharf to wharf being 35 hours 48 minutes. Hobart, March 28. Arrived—Huahine, at 11 o’clock this morning. She sails for Auckland at midnight. She brings 25 passengers for Australia, and 70 for New Zealand. Capetown, March 25. The Kaikoura sailed to-day for Hobart and Wellington.
