Water Polo.—The water polo championship of New Zealand was played on Saturday afternoon in the East Christchurch baths, and resulted in a win for the Christchurch No. 1 team, which beat East Christchurch No. 2 team by five goals to one. E. W. Marsh scored three times, and J. M. Watson twice, for the winners. H. Gr. Stringer was the only scorer for the losers.
