THE PANAMA SCANDALS.
Paris, Feb. 13. Charles De Losseps, Fontaine, Cottu, and Eiftel have appealed against the indictments framed by the Deputies. The heirs of Baron lleinach have handed a bequest under his will to the liquidators of the Panama Canal Company. Madarafi Be Lesseps has asked the Coluujibkn Government to complete the Panama Canal, and prove that the scheme of her husband was feasibly, In the course of an interview, Madame De Losseps said " I have reached the end of my Calvary."
