Washington, Feb. 11

The American flag has been hoisted over the palace at Honolulu, pending the President's decision as to the annexation of the Islands. News has reached here that the Eawaiiaus who o posed the new Government have been disarmed. Owing to the apparent indifference of the Foreign Powers as to the fate of Hawaii, together with the Queen's proposal to soil her Sovereign rights to America, the feoiing in favor of annexation is increasing.
