London, December 23. New Zealand Shippiug Company shares have declined to £l. Winchelsea has inaugurated a National Agricultural Union, one of its objects being to see that colonial frozen meat is labelled as such. The Australian securities offered to the public in 1802 are estimated at £9,200,000 including six millions' worth of Government securities. Dec. 2L At the wool sales crossbreds are firm. Dec. 25. There is considerable uneasiness in the city, owing to the receipt of cablegrams daily from Australia announcing the intention of various Governments to come on the market with fresh loans at an early date. There are also serious misgivings in the minds of financiers at the continued expenditure in Australia on public works, and the neglect of the Governments to adopt an economical policy. Dec. 26. The average price of wheat in the country market is 15s 19d [sic] Ottawa, Dec. 2-i. Canadian exports to Great Britain have increased by throe millions sterling this year
