Tin-: Oamaru Woollen Factory.— The annual inerting of the Oamaru Woollen Factory Company was lield on .Monday night, when the report and balance-sheet were adopted. The report stated that after writing off £2030 3s (id for depreciation pn premises and plant, and putting aside £SOO for a new boiler, there remained a net profit of £1095 8s 2d. A dividend of S per cent, to preferential shareholders was carried, and the balance (£1369 9s fid) was carried forward, ■
