Tin-: Oamaru Woollen Factory.— The annual inerting of the Oamaru Woollen Factory Company was lield on .Monday night, when the report and balance-sheet were adopted. The report stated that after writing off £2030 3s (id for depreciation pn premises and plant, and putting aside £SOO for a new boiler, there remained a net profit of £1095 8s 2d.
