CHOLERA.
PariSj Nov. 21. The cholera has suddenly increased in Besiarah and in the towns of Kieff and Baku. Yesterday four deaths were reported at Dunkirk in NorthEastern France, and Buda-Pesth in Hungary. London, Nov. 22. Cholera has re-appeared at Bruges, The Hague, St. Petersburg!), Brussels, and Cherbourg, and numerous deaths are recorded. Friday last was observed as a day of thanks in Hamburg, owing to t j ie cessation of the plague,
