THE CANTERBURY SPRING MEETING. Christchurch, Nov. 9. The weather was fine and warm for the second day’s racing of the Canterbury Jockey Club, and the attendance again large, about 6000 being present. The Governor and Lady Glasgow arrived shortly after the first race. Lady Glasgow decorated Stepniak, the winner of the Derby, with the blue ribbon amid hearty cheers.
