London, Nov. 1. There have been no fresh cases of cholera at Hamburg for a week, but 10 deaths have occurred at Buda Pesth, and the plague is seriously increasing at Lublin, in Poland. Berlin, Nov, 2. It is announced officially that Hamburg is free of cholera, Hong Kong, Nov. 2. Forty thousand deaths from cholera have occurred at Chengteu.
