The I? unded Stock Bill has passed the Legislative Council. The Colonial /Sugar Company have declared a dividend of 10 per cent. Brisbane, Oct. 28. Continuous rain if general over the colony, and is likely to do great damage to the wheat crops in the Darling Downs district, where harvesting is about to begin.
