Co. agents: For various ports, 133 sacks potatoes, 4 tons flour, 110 sacks bran and sharps, 10 pieces of stone, 972 sacks wheat, 500 sacks wheat, 500 sacks oats, 12 bundles willows, 2 cases bacon, 3 cases luggage. Among the shippers were Aspinall & Co, C.F.C.A., Lee and Company, Mansfield. In the Ardle, C. W. Turner agent; 2616 sacks potatoes, 133 sacks malt, 1000 sacks bran, 250 sacks pollard, 124 sacks oats, 104 sacks wheat, 2 cases bacon. Among the shippers were —C.F.C.A., W. Arrived —Te Anan from Melbourne via Hobart, at 12.15 p.m. She left Williamstown at 4.30 p.m. an the 18th. Port Chalmers, October 24. Arrived—Elderslie, s.s., from London; Northbrook, barque, for orders. Auckland, October 25. Arrived, 4.40 p.m.—Torawera, from Sydney; Lincolnshire, cargo steamer, from London via Hobart, with 4000 tons cargo. Two thousaud tons are for Auckland, and the remainder for Wellington.
