Passengers from Timaru for Temuka or Orari must travel by this train, as the 5.5 p.m. Express Train will not have room provided for such passengers. On the 27th October the 5.5 p.m. EXPRESS TRAIN from Timaru will take up at Washdyke passengers returning from the Trotting Races there for Stations where it stops.
