EXPORTS. In the Herald, KM. & A. Co., agents : For Greymouth, 1 case bacon, 66 tons flour, 206 sacks bran and sharps, 70 sacks wheat, 170 sacks oats, 60 sacks potatoes ; for Hokitika, 16 tons flour, 55 sacks bran and sharps, 70 sacks wheat, 71 sacks oats ; for Wellington, 4 boxes eggs, 47 tons flour, 108 sacks potatoes, 100 sacks wheat, 167 sacks oats. Among the shippers were Lee & Co., Timaru and Temuka mills, 0.F.A., Darroch, KZ.L. and M.A. Co., Anderson.

Hobam, October 14. Sailed yesterday Duchaffault, a Trench warship, for Dunedin. Townsvilt.e, October 15. A coasting schooner reports that the New Zealand Shipping Company's s.s. Ruahine is on a reef at Cape Upstart, off the Queensland coast. Later reports state that the vessel is floated off, ind is anchored under the Cape.
