The rail of the illfated vessel was level with the water when the crew abandoned her. The barque Speculaut, bound from Sydney to the Marshall group, has been wrecked at Juliut. The crew have arrived here. Another case of smallpox has occurred among the passengers; detained at the quarantine ground. A Kanaka out-door patient of the hospital has been found to be suffering from smallpox. The other patients and the officials have in consequence been placed in quarantine.
