CHOLERA.
Paris July 10. Spanish doctors declare that the cholera prevalent in this city is of the Asiatic type. M. Pasteur has suffered a relapse and is sinking. Later. M. Pasteur shows slight improvement to-day. Cholera is spreading in the suburbs. Madrid, July 14. The Court has proceeded to St. Sebastian, fearing the cholera. St. Petersburg, July 14. The excitemement in Baku over the ravages of cholera continue, and it is estimated that 44,000 persons have fled from the town. Cholera has made its appearance at the Upper Volga. Riots occurred at Saratof owing to reports that the cholera patients were being buried alive with quicklime. The police station, the doctors' houses, and the hospitals were wrecked by the infuriated and ignorant mob. The troops were called out and three rioters were killed before they would disperse. July 10. The cholera has reached Odessa. The number of deaths reported in Russia per day from the plagud is 400.
