Says the Woodville Examiner : —“ The Post raves about the high valuation put on the Woburn Estate, and challenges the Government to take it over. Now we are in a position to state that two well-known ami substantial sheep-farmers offered to take over the property at the valuation put on it, and pay 7 per cent, on the money. In that case, we should like to know where the high valuation ponies in.”
