CLEARED. May 6 Alastor, barque, 824 tons, Glazebrook, for London. Wellington, May 4, The Coptic arrived this evening from Hobart. On April 13 It. X. Port, a second saloon passenger, died of phthisis. The Coptic brings 44 passengers for New Zealand. A telegram from Plymouth of May 4th states that the Ii.M.S. Kaikoura arrived that day, with her frozen meat in good condition. Port Chalmers, May 6. Arrived Tekoa, Captain Stuart, 68 days, from London, Sydney, May 5. Arrived—Wakatipu from Wellington. Sailed—Tarawera and Star of Victoria for Auckland. Melbourne, May 4. Sailed yesterday—Manapouri for the Hluff.
