The letter-box will be cleared for despatch of correspondence from the Temuka Post Office to the undermentioned places as follow : For Wellington and Greymouth, per Herald, on Tuesday, March 22nd, at 5 p.m. For United Kingdom (specially addressed correspondence) and Australian Colonies per Tekapo, on Wednesday, March 23rd, at 1.55 p.m. For Northern Ports of New Zealand, per Takapuna, on Wednesday, March 23rd, at 5 p.m. For Northern Ports of New Zealand and Sydney, per Manapouri, on Wednesday, March 23rd, at 5 p.m. For Northern Ports of New Zealand, per Penguin, on Saturday, March 26th, 5 p.m. The next English and European Mail via San Francisco, will close at this Office on Wednesday, the 23rd day of March at 5 p.m. Money orders, registered letters, and newspapers, at 1.55 p.m. Late fee letters (2£d extra) at mail van till departure of north express.
