FOG IN LONDON.

London, Dec. 27. A railway collision took place at Lowestoft, by which three persons were killed and thirty injured. The heavy fog provented the signals being seen. The fog still hangs around London, and 25 deaths from drowning in the docks are reported. The Tainui has been delayed owing to the fog, and will not be able to get away until Tuesday. Owing to the fog, traffic on the Thames is suspended.
