GERALDINE COUNTY COUNCIL. SPECIAL ORDER. AT A SPECIAL MEETING of the Council of the County of Geraldine, held in the Council's Office on Wednesday, November 25th, 1801, the following- Resolution making a SPECIAL ORDER was passed:— That this Council, in pursuance of the powers vested in it by " The Local Bodies Lotins Act, 18S0," that this Council do make and levy a Special Annual Recurring Rats of One Halfpenny (£d) in the (it) pound for each year, commencing from the first day of January and ending on iilst day of December, on the rateable value of all property within the limits of that portion of the County of Geraldine called or known as the " Englargerl Waitohi Flat Water Supply District," to provide the interest and annual charges upon an authorised loan of (£3000) three thousand pounds, raised by the Council under the provisions of "The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 188(5," for the purpose of constructing speciiu "^W* O works, consisting of Qr district exclusively. _ lMe to come into force on the first day of February, 181)2, and to bo payable in one sum—on the first day of May in each year, for a period of twenty-six years, until the said loan is paid off. This Special Order is to take eft'ect on the Ist day of February, 1892, and will be confirmed at a Meeting of the Geraldine I County Council to be held on WEDNESDAY, the Oth day of January, 1802.
