Sißj—l did not consult the residents of Geraldine .when I passed that way, but I gave the Mayor of the town instructions to have the footpaths asphalted and top dressed. 1 did not confine him as to cost as things are in a flourishing way—say, £4O or £59 12s fid—-no matter—also to destroy all.stray cattle in the upper end of township, especially those • belonging to the Ranger,' as I was almost upset in the middle of the street on my way to the Town Hall last evening by his cow. By inserting these few lines you will oblige.—Yours, Ac.,
Traveeler,
