London, Nov. 2, London produce merchants are speculating in colonial butter to arrive. Tallow, medium mutton, 26s ; beef 255. The Engish wheat market is strong and prices are unchanged. The Continental is firm, and the American including to buoyancy. Nov. 3. The English wheat market is firm. Quotations are Is in advance of those lately ruling, while there is also an advance of 6d to Is in foreign shipments. Three months’ bills are quoted at 3J per cent. The Canterbury Farmers’ Co-operative Association, Limited, have received th e following cablegram from their Loudon office ;—We quote beans 40s per 5041 b ; wheat, f.a.q., 45s per 4961 bex store, sacks extra. Market lias upward tendency. Oats, further advance of 2s per quarter. Russia prohibits export of all produce except wheat,”
