London, Oct. 15. The new Parnellite organs are to be know as the Irish Daily Independent, and its evening edition as the Evening Herald. The Irish League of Great Britain urges the Irish people to force the Bishops and priests to retire from politics. October 16. Mr T. Healey, M.P., threatens to make startling disclosures in reference to the conference at Boulogne between Mr O’Brien and the late Mr Parnell. Mr O’Brien, in a letter to the Freeman’s Journal, says that at the Boulogue conference the Parnellites consented first to Mr Dillon and afterwards to himself taking the leadership of the party. Mr Harrington challenged Mr O’Brien to produce a document confirming his statement.

THE EUROPEAN SITUATION. London Oct. 15. Mr Stanhope, Secretary for War, speaking at Spilsley, deplored Mr Gladstone’s reckless references to Egypt.
