Talisman by Tradncer (imported), from Azucena by Tawton (imp.), out of Meg Merrilieft, by St. George, out of Gipsy. Nancy is a thoroughbred mare, bred by the Hon. Wm. Robinson, by Diomedes (imp.). Hunnington was bred by W. DeEenzy, Esq., Hunnington, Winchester. He is the winner of first prizes at Timaru and Christchurch A. and P. Shows; he has proved himself: to be a sure foal getter, and as a sire for getting upstanding hunters, carriage horses, and Indian remounts he has no equal in the colony.
