Mount somers coal pit to be LET BY TENDER at a Fixed Rental, from the sth October next, with about 258 Acres. The Coal Pit is about 8h miles from the Mount Somers Railway Station. There is a Tramway from the Pit to the Railway Station, which is now leased by Mr B. F. Wright from the Ashburton County Council. There are two Houses on the Land. If the tenant prefers working with a Traction Engine and Trucks, prices of the same can he had on application to me. Also— LIME STONE.
