Wright from the Ashburton County Council. • There are two Houses on the Land. If the tenant prefers working with a Traction Engine and Trucks, prices of the same can be had on application to me. Also— LIME STONE. R.S. 4275, 25 ACRES, being part of the MOUNT SOMERS CAVES, to be LET BY TENDER, at a Fixed Rental, from the sth October next. This Section is supposed to contain a niagnificent sample of the best and purest Agricultural and Building Lime. It was purchased in 1862. It is between 3 and 4 miles* from the Mount Somers Railway Station, A Traction Engine could take the Lime and Coal along the Roads to the Station, The tenant will be allowed half the valuation at the end of his lease for approved Kilns erected by him on the Section.
