TO THE EDITOB. ' Sib, —Referring to a letter which appeared in of the 13th, " Well-wisher" should be more careful as to speaking the truth. The bar at Milford has been opened four times within the last five weeks—twice by the society, and twice by the farmers in the district—on two of which occasions there were three men working at it for two days, on another four men for four days, and on the last occasion (Monday, the 10th) four men for two days.— I am, &c., Truth.
