THE Report for 1891- states that -the net Fire Premiums for the year 1890 amounted to £1,423,762, and the losses to £820,027. After providing for expenses, 'there is a surplusof £167,203, of-which £36,000 has been left in the Fire Reassurance Fund, and the balance, £121,202, carried to Profit Account.
