IRISH AFFAIRS.
London, July 18. It is announced that Mr Parnell will proceed to the United States in the autumn, but will be unable to make a journey to Australia as at first proposed. He express himself very much disappointed at the result of the mission of his delegates to the United States. Mr Parnell is extending his policy, and intends to induce many labour candidates at the Irish elections, and generally to recognise the National League.
