AT a Special Meeting of the Council of the County, held at the Council’s Office, Timaru, on the Bth day of July, 1891, resolutions (passed by the Council on the 20th day of June, 1801) were adopted as follows : (1) That in accordance with the prayer of the petition of William Walker and others presented to the Council, bearing the date the 9th day of May 1891, the Council should enlarge the limits of the “ The Waitohi Flat Water Supply District ” so as to extend to and include the bounparies described and defined in the said petition, that is to say the lI.S. 10518, part reserve 040, lI.S. 11157, 11006, 10912, 12436, 17060, 10051, 10048, parts of 10022, E.S. 10047, 23345, parts of 7099, 6613, 5581, lI.S. 10517, 8159, 6383, 0384,31203, 31397, 9132,17169,7732,10810, 3280,10741, 10798, 10799, 10800, 10801, 11052, 11005, 11017, 21021, 11003, 10387, 10388. 10389, 10492, 10390, 10391, and all other the lands enclosed by the said sections. (2) That such enlarged district should be called “ The Waitohi Flat Water Supply District,” sxnd should be constituted from and after the 25th day of August, 1891. The above resolutions will be confined at a meeting of the Council to be held cm the 12th day of AUGUST, 1891, and the said Special Order will take effect on and after the 25th day of AUGUST, 1891. A copy of the said Special Order is and will remain open for inspection by the public at the Council’s Offices, Timaru, during office hours until the date of the said meeting.
