The race betAveen Sullivan, formerly of Ncav Zealand, and Dutch, for £IOO, came oft’ on the Parramatta river. Sullivan eased off slightly before passing the Avinning post, but even then his time, 18min is the fastest ever recorded. He finished! strong and well. Dutch roAvedagood race but never had a chance.
