INTERCOLONIAL STOCK CONFERENCE.

The Intercolonial Stock Conference recommends the establishment of ■ Stock-Institute under the directorship of Mr Loir. The annual coat is estimated not to exceed £IOOO, to which the different colonies will bo asked to contribute :in proportion to their stock. New Zealand: would thus pay £132 per annum.. Regarding the establishment of uniform regulations the Conference expects, from the terms,, of; telegrams received from the Hon. J. McKenzie, Minister of Lands, that New Zealand will cgrse to adopt them so far safe practicable under the circumstances of the"colon j.
