It was found that the handkerchief fitted each man, and the jury again retired. About 7.30 the jury once more came into court with a verdict of "Not Guilty," and the priaoner was discharged. Yeiterday the case of John Device and Bobert Watson, charged with larceny on board the ■•■• Bayley, was taken. In this cue the prisoners woot on board the ship, broke open a portmanteau, and stole certain articles, including a bank draft therefrom. Ihey were found guilty, but sentence was not pronouncsd when our reporter left.
