INTENTION TO STRIKE A GENERAL RATE. fpHAT the Council will at its next X Meeting, to be held on WEDNESDAY, July Btb, strike a General Rale of One Furtaiog in the £ (pound), on all the rateable property in tue Couniy, the rale to be payable in One Sam ai tht> County Council Office, Timaru, on tbe 15th day of AUGUST, 1891. The rate to be for tbe period commencing Ist April, 1891, and ending Slat March, 1892.
