A Soon, —We understand the South British Tea Company’s pure teas have been intreduced into this district. They are free from any excess of astringanoyi—Adyt. Land Sales,— Two large land sales took place in Christchurch last Saturday. One was the Hurslay Estate, 500 acres, near Amberley, which brought £l3 10s per acre ; total, £7425. The other was 700 acres, situated at Kirwee, which brought £8 5s per acre $ total, £5782 11s. These prices were considered remarkably good, and show increasing confidence in the future of the province.
