That the Ratepayers’ Roll directed by the statute to be the Roll to be used at the said Election was not used as the Roll for the said Election, and, in consequence thereof, the fairness of the said Election was defeated. 2nd. That Ratepayers entitled to Yote at the said Election were not allowed to Yote. (Names mentioned in Petition). 3rd.
