JMUNDELL AND GO. • have received instructions from M» James Gabey to sell by Public Auction at his Homestead, Geraldine, on the above date, the folio wing valuable Properties, Stock, etc. LOT X. 40 ACRES, together with improvements thereon, consisting of 6-roomed Dwel iog House, Dairy, Pig-styes, and convenient Cattleyards ; also about 1 Acre of Garden, well stocked with young, healthy Fruit Trees iu full bearing, adjoining the Property of Alfred White Esq., and about 5 minutes walk from the Post and Telegraph Office, LOT 2, OX ACRES adjoining the above, of J. 02 rich reclaimed Swamp, with permanent supply of Water, has only been cropped to assist in laying down with grass.
