PERSECUTIONS IN RUSSIA.
St. Petersburg, May 11. It is believed that the suspension of the expulsion of the Jaws from Russia will end in the Czar abandoning the decree, Moscow, May 11. Jews bolding real property are to be allowed two years and those who haw none one year to quit, London, May 11 . The Rothschilds and Sir Julian Goldsmid are seeking.to prevent the inflax of refugee Jews into England.
